Sun & moon in the spiritual world

Sun & moon in the spiritual world

Bhagavad-gita 15.5-6

nirmāna-mohā jita-saṅga-doṣā
adhyātma-nityā vinivṛtta-kāmāḥ
dvandvair vimuktāḥ sukha-duḥkha-saṁjñair
gacchanty amūḍhāḥ padam avyayaṁ tat

na tad bhāsayate sūryona śaśāṅko na pāvakaḥ
yad gatvā na nivartantetad dhāma paramaṁ mama

Those without arrogance, who conquered over the association with faults
          nirmāna-mohā jita-saṅga-doṣā
having knowledge of the eternal are not in illusion
           adhyātma nityāḥ amūḍhā

they turned their back to lust and liberated themselves
          vinivṛtta-kāmā vimuktā
from duality known as happiness and distress
         dvandvair saṁjñair sukha-duḥkha
they attain that indestructible abode
         gacchanti tat avyayam padam

that (abode) is not illuminated either by the sun or by the moon or fire
tat na bhāsayate sūryaḥ na śaśāṅkaḥ na pāvakaḥ
going there they don`t come back (in the cycle of death of birth)
          yat gatvā na nivartante
that is my supreme abode
         tat mama paramam dhāma
