Rādhā Kṛṣṇa’s Narma Keli III Surata-kathāmṛta
In Surata-kathāmṛta,
Śrī Viśwanātha Cakravartīpāda offers a peek into Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa's intimate conversation
after Rati-keli. The part related to the present topic runs as follows:
Kṛṣṇa says, "Hey Rādhe! Your Sakhīs are infatuated with pride, seeing your incomparable
stana parvata. Hence, they consider my great feat of raising Girirāja Govardhana
as insignificant and address me:
"Hey Kṛṣṇa! Girirāja is a cognizant devata; so he raised himself over your left hand for a week to remove the Vrāja-vāsīs' distress. Hence, those who are unaware of the facts address you as Giridhārī and this makes you proud. But where's the evidence of your strength? Our priya Sakhī Rādhā, however, always holds two large mountains over her chest very easily yet she humbly introduces herself as a meek young girl!"
Then (using both hands) Rādhikā raises her breasts to taunt Kṛṣṇa, and exclaims; "Hey Nāgara! Look, look! Could these newly formed lotus-buds ever be mistaken for mountains? So it's unbefitting that you torture them with your sapphire-stone chest! Hey Prāṇa-vallabha! I'm an innocent and chaste Kumārī; and your Kaustubha is very restless! But I don't need it. So why doesn't your chest reclaim it?"
Kṛṣṇa replies, "Ha Prāṇeśvarī! Look, look! I'm telling the truth-this Kaustubha was frightened by your hard stana yugala thus it takes shelter of my chest! But it's sad that your stana yugala aren't merciful! Without considering the Kaustubha's plight they continue to inflict torture!" (This hints at Śrīmati's viparīta vilāsa)
Rādhā replies with a delicate smile: "Hey Rāsamaya! My stana yugala are great because they tolerate your sharp pinches! So why should they feel proud for chasing away your Kaustubha? Actually, from time immemorial they've withstood all of your affliction- yet they've never attacked anyone!"
Kṛṣṇa answers, "Hey Prāṇeśvarī! Look! Your huge kuca-kumbha defy an elephant temple's shape. Hence, when they're pinched by my nails their might increases a hundredfold- just as a drunken elephant stampedes by a whip lash!"
Rādhā exclaims, "Hey you mad elephant of Vṛndāvan's forests!" Then she motions
with her eyes, "Aha! My Padma kalika yugala (lotus bud breasts) are cruel, no
doubt; hence they repeatedly torture you! But you've always forgiven them by your
mercy. And moreover, fearing their distress you console them with caresses!"
Kṛṣṇa answers, "Hey Priye! As your stana yugala resemble lilies. They naturally
increase my ānanda. Let's see how their beauty increases with a hundred more nail
marks!"
