śraddha-jñana-śāṅti-prema
From Faith to Transcendental Knowledge which gives the peace of mind
śraddhāvān labhate jñānaḿ / tat-paraḥ saḿyatendriyaḥ
jñānaḿ labdhvā parāḿ śāntim / acireṇādhigacchati
The one that has faith, attains - śraddhā-vān labhate
the superior (Transcendental) Knowledge - jñānam tat-paraḥ
and controls one's senses -saḿyatendriyaḥ
By attainment of transcendental knowledge - labdhvā jñānaḿ
one achievs very soon -adhigacchati acireṇa
the highest internal peace - parāḿ śāntim.
This would be the level of anartha nivriti - deletion of material attachments.
By further association with bhakti sadhus, one attains higher levels of faith, due to one's engagement in sadhana-bhakti, beginning with Shravan - hearing about the pastimes of the transcendental Lord, as deliniated in the discussion between Sri Caitanya and Ramananda Raya as Sri Caitanya rejected
1. Following one's Dharma - karma
2. Offering the results of one's karma - karma yoga
3. Renouncing karma - practicing Surendering - Sharanagati
4. Bhakti mixed with Transcendental Knowledge - Jnana Mișra Bhakti
on the motive they are external practices.
Only as Ramananda Raya stated Shravan - hearing about the pastimes of the transcendental Lord as the goal of life, than Sri Caitanya agreed with Ramananda Raya.
This is where Raganuga-Bhati also begins: Shravan Dasa.
