54-66 Kṛṣṇa’s sides, chest and arms
54-59 Mañjuvāk: "Kṛṣṇa's sides are like two strong, handsome Nāgaras who always yearn to touch the shapely Nagaris of Rādhā's sides!"Kalokti: "Aha! Just look at Kṛṣṇa's magnificent chest! On its right is the Śrīvatsa mark, and Lakṣmī resides on the left as a svarṇa Rekha (golden line). The dazzling Kaustubha-maṇi with a splendid vana-Mālā are placed in the center. Thus, Kṛṣṇa's chest invokes the Vraja Ramaṇīs' Kāma and enchants every woman in the three worlds. But it especially reigns as the Nīlakānta Maṇi Siṁhāsan (throne made of sapphires) for the queen of Rādhā's mind!"
Mañjuvāk: "I offer my Prāṇams to the triveni of Kṛṣṇa's chest which bestows auspiciousness to the three worlds! His Mukta Mālā (pearl necklace), black hairs and ruby necklace resemble the Gaṅgā, the Yamunā and the Sarasvatī."
Kalokti: "Rati and Kandarpa swing from the hindola of Kṛṣṇa's chest. This swing
suspends from the ropes of his Aṅga Kānti and fastens to the indranīla Maṇi
pillars of his arms!"Ṭīkā: In Kandarpa and Rati's Jhulan Līlā the hindola swings automatically by
the radiance of Kṛṣṇa's bodily luster! Hence Śrī Kṛṣṇa is directly shringar Rāsa
personified.Mañjuvāk: "Ah! Kṛṣṇa's chest is Cupid's net for trapping the hummingbirds of the
Gopīs' eyes; it's woven with the threads of raving beauty and baited with the
marks of Śrīvatsa and Lakṣmī!"
60 Kalokti: "Rādhā is the Ratna Cintāmaṇi amongst all Sundarī Yuvatīs, and Kṛṣṇa's
chest is the Nīlamaṇi doorway leading to her mind's treasury. So, aren't Kṛṣṇa's
nipples like two studded jewels on the door?"
61-66 Śuka: "Kṛṣṇa's arms are like a Tamāla kalpataru's branches which fulfill
the Vraja Taruṇīs' desires. Or perhaps they're Tamāla spears belonging to the
hunter Kandarpa for they pierce the proud doe of a woman's chastity!"
Śārī: "Kṛṣṇa's arms are sapphire pestles for separating the husks of pride from
the Gopīs' hearts and the latch on the birdcage of Rādhā and the Gopīs'
parrot-like minds!"
Śuka: "May the glimpse of Kṛṣṇa's graceful, long and good-looking arms appear
in my heart! They are coveted by all women beginning with Lakṣmī, and they're
the hṛdaya dhana (heart's treasure) for the large-breasted gopa Sundarīs!""Oh look!" says the Śārī, "Have two lovely elephants named 'Madana' entered the
spring garden of Kṛṣṇa's body? Yet won't they (Kṛṣṇa's arms) devour the
gorgeous effulgence of his knees?"
The Śuka replies, "Did the Creator make the two Indranīla Maṇi pillars of Kṛṣṇa's
arms to support the swing of his madllurya? Look, they're swinging the minds of
all the devis headed by Lakṣmī.
"Poets say that Kandarpa Rāja performed a Yajña to destroy the Gopīs" patience, using the sapphire ladle of Kṛṣṇa's arms," the Śārī says, "but I think that Kṛṣṇa's arms are two sublime streams within a shringar Rāsa Sāgara!"
