43-57 Purifing my mind
43"Blessed is Śrī Vṛndavan!" says Kalokti, "because in every Kuñja, on every riverbank, and in every mountain cave, Kṛṣṇa performs rati keli with his beloved Gopīs!
Ṭīkā: Here is Vṛndavana's mahimāmṛta (glorious nectar)! As a result of deep meditation on Kṛṣṇa's qualities, his Līlā Sthāna, Śrī Vṛndavan, awakens within the Śārīs heart. And she reveals an interesting fact: our Prema-Ṭhākurāṇī Rādhā and our Ānanda-Rāsamaya Śyāmasundar's main activity is rati keli. They have it everywhere. Thus, Sādhakas desiring to attain their Prema-sevā should visit all of these sites, enjoy their Darśana, touch them, roll in their dust, always remember them and constantly recite their glories.
44-45 Mañjuvāk: "When Kṛṣṇa enjoys with the Vraja Sundarīs, the musk and kuṅkuma from their breasts rub onto his lotus feet. But later, when the Pulinda-girls become lusty by seeing Kṛṣṇa, or hearing his flute-song, they smear their breasts with the dust from his feet collected from the grass of Vṛndavan. Thus, they soothe their hearts and extinguish their lusty desires!"
Kalokti: "The Vṛndavan latās are fortunate because they please Kṛṣṇa with their flower-smiles, fruit-breasts and leaf-lips."
Ṭīkā: Thus, the forest takes on a Nari Rūpa, to remind Kṛṣṇa of his Priyā Gopīs.
46-49 Mañjuvāk: The wives of the asuras that Kṛṣṇa killed hid themselves in the Govardhan caves and became angry widows. But after being maintained by the Pulindas, even they sing Śrī Kṛṣṇa's glories!"
Mañjuvāk adds: "The asuras told Kamsa, 'We're able to defeat the king of the devatas, so there's nothing to fear from a 'small-fry' like Kṛṣṇa. He's soft as flat rice!'
Thus, Kamsa became arrogant. But later, when Kṛṣṇa killed all these asuras (as one smashes flat rice) what happened to Kamsa's pride? I cannot explain."
Mañjuvāk concludes: "Kṛṣṇa's qualities, pastimes and glories are all limitless. Although I have purified my tongue by tasting only a drop, it's futile to try and estimate all his attributes."Thus, the Śuka and Śārikā repeatedly dip into Śrī Kṛṣṇa's marvellous Guṇa Sindhu. And becoming refreshed, they desire to offer some prayers.
50-52 "Aho! May Śrī Vallabhendra-nandana engage me in his Caraṇa Kāmala Sevā. His Aṅga Kānti defeats a dark cloud, black Kajjal and indranīla Maṇi gems his bright Pitambara shines like Kuṅkuma, the rising sun and lightning, and his body is anointed with camphor, Kuṅkuma and yellow candana."
May Śrī Vallabhendra-nandan engage me in his caraṇa Kāmala sevā. His glowing Makara-Kuṇḍalas dance on his cheeks, his round face toppels the pride of the moon or a lotus cluster, and he binds the Gopīs within his ever-increasing intimate love!"
May Śrī Vallabhendra-nandan engage me in his caraṇa Kāmala sevā. His manohara-Rūpa (form), Veśa (clothes) and prema keli are ever-fresh. His sporting activities and joking with his friends is ānandamaya, and the moonrays emanating from his keli kanana outmatch the renowned Nandana Kanana or Devarāja Indra!
Ṭīkā: Nandana Kanana is famous as Indra's abode of sensuous delights. Here the prettiest devis of heaven enjoy endless Kāma-krida with their lovers. But the mere effulgence of Gopī-vallabha's prema keli ecstasy toppels all heavenly enjoyment.
53-57 "May Śrī Vallabhendra (Vallabha-indra)-nandana engage me in his caraṇa Kāmala sevā. The greatest devatas bow their heads when offering his praise, yet he bows to his parents and to the brāhmanas every morning. And his friends all possess the golden ornament of prema."
May Śrī Ballabendra-nandana engage me in his caraṇa Kāmala sevā. He has curbed the steaming pride of Indra and the Kaliya-naga, and killed Kamsa and Vatsasura. Yet his Karuṇā-vrishti (shower of mercy) maintains his Cāṭaka like bhaktas and his heroic valour charms the Vraja-vasis."
May Śrī Vallabhendra-nandana engage me in his caraṇa Kāmala sevā. By his Rāsa-performance
within Vṛndavan's Nikuñjas he satisfies Rādhikā and her Sakhīs;
He maintains them by his sporting and joking behavior. Indeed, his prema,
character and pastimes give joy to the whole world."
May Śrī Vallabhendra-nandana engage me in his caraṇa Kāmala sevā. His Rāsa Līlā shows his bhaktas the pure path of bhakti, his manohara Rūpa and attire excites even Cupid, and he awakens the Gopīs' loving sentiments from the corner of his eye.
57"May Śrī Vallabhendra-nandana engage me in his caraṇa Kāmala sevā. He is bent
on touching Rādhikā's body when she picks flowers. And seeing her vāma manohara
mood, he is intrigued! Thus, he becomes smeared over her breasts like candana,
i.e., she carries him within her heart.
